Clapzo — Refund Policy

The short version

If something’s not working, message us first — most issues are quick to sort out. If we can’t get it working, we’ll refund you.

How it works

Clapzo products are digital software, delivered instantly as a download plus a license key. Because of this:

  1. Message us before requesting a refund. WhatsApp or contact@getclapzo.com. Most problems (setup issues, compatibility questions) are resolved directly and quickly — this is almost always faster than a refund and re-purchase.
  2. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll refund you in full. No specific time window, no long forms — just tell us what’s not working.
  3. You have 7 days from purchase to ask for a refund if the software doesn’t do what it’s supposed to — whether that’s a setup problem or something you only discover once you’re actually using it, like a transcription that’s consistently inaccurate or a CapCut export that isn’t working right on your files. Activating your license doesn’t use up this window; you’re not expected to know whether something works before you’ve had a real chance to try it.
  4. We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse — for example, the same person repeatedly buying and refunding. This is rare, and doesn’t affect a genuine one-off request.
  5. A refund includes deactivating the license. If we issue a refund, we’ll revoke the associated license key — access is cut off automatically the next time the software checks in, typically within about 48 hours of normal use.

Digital delivery and withdrawal rights

If you’re purchasing from within the EU, you’d normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Clapzo products are delivered and activated instantly at your request, you acknowledge and agree — by completing setup and activating your license — that this right no longer applies once activation is complete, in line with standard terms for instantly-delivered digital content. Before that point, standard withdrawal rights apply.
